About Mr Locksmith a mobile locksmith based in Buffalo Grove

Who we are

Mr Locksmith is a mobile locksmith business based in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, and has been operating locally for more than seven years. The work covers emergency lockouts, automotive keys and programming, and residential and commercial locks, within roughly 20 miles of Buffalo Grove across Cook and Lake counties.

The business uses its own locksmith technicians and carries active liability insurance. Calls are answered 24 hours a day, every day, in English and in Spanish.

How we work

• Ask first. Ask what the job involves and what it costs before work starts, and again before anything beyond the original job is done.
• Ask before drilling. If a lock may need to be drilled or replaced, ask why and what it costs before work starts.
• Proof of authorization. Expect to be asked for photo ID and proof of ownership, residence or business authority when a lock is opened or a key is made.
• Straight answers on car keys. Not every vehicle can be done at the curb, and some are dealer jobs. Ask on the phone before anyone is sent.
• No invented claims. Nothing on this website is made up — no fake reviews, no arrival promises — only what can be stood behind.

Independent

Mr Locksmith is an independent business. It is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer, dealer or lock brand. Brand names on this website describe the vehicles and hardware customers own — nothing more.
